Complaints Procedure

Parents are advised to talk initially to the class/subject teacher. If the solution is not achieved then it is raised with the appropriate heads of section ensuring that the class or subject teacher is informed. The head of sections will relay the complaint and solution to the head teacher.


Pupils themselves are often the most effective agents in both establishing a non-violent climate and restoring the situation after an event. The teacher may act as an arbitrator in situations that remain unresolved, and in extreme cases, escalated to the Principal. Parents will be approached in the event of serious misconduct or disruptive behaviour.
